If you're one who enjoys listening to great live music, you don't have any need to leave Knoxville. From national acts at the Tennessee and Bijou theatres to underground superstars at The Corner Lounge or The Pilot Light; from fusion jazz to rock - we've got it all.

Things to do in Knoxville on warm weather weekends: Take a ride on the Three Rivers Rambler! Knoxville's excursion train departs from Downtown's Volunteer Landing at 2 and 5 on most summer Saturdays and Sundays, and it's a sure crowd pleaser for kids of all ages.

Knoxville Things to Do: Enjoy Krutch Park and Market Square Mall shops and events

Maybe. But the largest restaurant chains in the country test their new products in Knoxville, and some of the best food I personally have ever eaten was served right here in Knoxville.

I've heard it said that we have as many restaurants per capita as New York City. Could be.

True or not, one thing's for sure: Knoxvillians love to eat out; and any time you have so much choice, some deliscious, decadent cream is bound to rise to the top!
